RESPECT Training:
Preventing Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct

RESPECT is a University wide training program for faculty and staff. The program provides valuable information about what is discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct and your roles, rights, and responsibilities as members of the University community.

We wish to ensure that each member of the community is aware of their legal rights and responsibilities as educators, supervisors, and colleagues in preventing and reporting incidents of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.

The on-line program reinforces our Jesuit values of respect for diversity and Cura Personalis - care for the whole person and our collective responsibilities in preventing and responding to incidents of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.
